Objective / Challenge

Cali Eats’s founder wanted to bring the flavours and vibes of her hometown in California to the fashionable city of Düsseldorf through a fast-casual restaurant concept focusing on healthy salads, smoothies, bowls and more. The brand had to visually convey the Californian vision of sun, ocean, relaxation, and deliciously healthy food.

Solution

The image of the palm tree and sun were central to the brand’s identity, as was the vibrant yet relaxing colour palette. The minimal illustrations are used as storytelling devices and add thoughtful details to the print identity, environmental design and digital assets.
